Church Street

Looking from the post office towards the old Coop (now a coach upholsters). The little girl on the left of the picture is Florence May Needham (later Pickard) who lives in Grange House (November 2006 - Update February 09 sadly Flo has passed away). The rows of cottages on the right were known as “New Row” and were demolished circa 1967/68
