Common Road shop

At the time this photograph was taken, the shop belonged to Mr and Mrs Hudson whose daughter Debbie (later Greenwell and Brierley post mistress) provided this photograph.

The red in the window reads Brooke Bond Tea and the notice board is advertising cauliflowers for the freezer at 6p each.
