On September 19 at 12 o'clock at St Paul's church, Brierley soldier Royal Signals Lance Corporal Ricky Henstock married hairdresser Natalie Peck.

Rickie is the son of David and Tracy (nee Gell) Henstock who live on Saville Walk. The brides uncle Stephen Crossland gave her away.

The couple met while Ricky was on leave from Afghanistan where he will return for a fourth tour of the country in March 2010.

Corporal Chris Grant was best man and Corporal Paul Collins was groomsman. Nicola Rigget, Laura Wathall, Laura Donlon and Anna Lazenby were bridesmaids.

They held a reception at the Burntwood Court Hotel. Ricky and Natalie will spend their honeymoon in the Caribbean.
